I will be in the Chattanooga area later this fall. 30+ years ago, my wife and I were dating (college students) and have good memories of going to The Loft one year for her birthday. I would love to surprise her and take her back. Does anyone know if this restaurant still exists and if it's any good?

It unfortunately closed over 2 years ago. I liked their food as well. Best vegetable soup I've ever tasted. The good news is that entire area has been transformed and there are plenty of quality restaurants down there.
