Correction on this... the Texaco on Frazier Ave. DOES have ethanol now. So as far as I know (first-hand), only the Chevron on Amnicola is still ethanol-free.

Try marinas or boat launches that have fuel stations its more expensive but older boat moters require the lead in the fuel...epa banned it in 1987 at the pumps but not for water transport.
If that dont work lead substitute at any wallmart in the auto section will kill of the etoh causing it to rise and evaporate..good luck matt in florida

Try boat launches or marinas for leaded fuel with 0 octaine

I usually use the Kankus on E. Brainerd or the Chevron at E. Brainerd and Morris Hill, both completely ethanol-free.

It's been a while since I've been to a Midnite Oil, but both the ones I've been to (E. Brainerd and Gunbarrel, and Bonny Oak at Jersey Pike) advertise "ethanol free" on big signs... but the small print states this is only for higher level blends. The lowest octane (what most people buy) DOES contain up to 10% ethanol. But again, it's been a long time since I've stopped at one of these, so it may have changed.

And now a correction on this. As of 1pm today, the Chevron on Amnicola now has ethanol as well. Truly a shame. I've e-mailed Chevron to complain/inquire, but in the mean time the hunt begins again for ethanol-free gasoline.

Chevron on Amnicola, as of 1 PM today, now contains ethanol. It's getting harder and harder to find, and it's a shame.

That list is very incomplete. There are many more gas stations in this area that either have only ethanol free gas, or both with ethanol and without.
