Kudos to Caddy to building this. I've had seat time behind it and its very well done. Shame its not selling better as people just prefer the sloppier FWD Mexican built SRX.
It looks FANTASTIC to me as well, just a great looking car. And to think there is a CTS-V version of it. They also offer some nice colors, not just silver/black.
I soooo want the CTS-V Wagon Black Diamond Edition. Too bad the gas mileage on those CTS-V's suck donkey balls. But i guess that's the price to pay for performance & exclusivity.
I want one. I think it's the best looking wagon produced since the BMW E34 Touring. The entire CTS collection is great. If money were no object, I would have a CTS-V in all 3 bodies.
Power/performance. Wagons with that kind of performance in mind are nothing new to the rest of the world. BMW, Mercedes, and Audi have been making them for quite some time. Heck, even Holden makes a pretty bitchin' wagon for down under. Come to think of it, I wonder if the CTS-V wagon shares a chromosome or two with the Aussie.
I like the CTS and the wagon, but not the lines on the back of the coupe for some reason. I wouldn't compare it to the SRX as the SRX is not an enthusiast vehicle, merely a grocery getter/soccer hauler. The CTS wagon occupies a niche as a lower volume vehicle, and that's on par with BMW and Mercedes touring wagons, especially in performance trim.

Yes, the CTS wagon certainly does have a lot of power and performance.
