2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06: This Is it

according to this article and other similar ones it seems it will at least be offered with some kind of automatic (can see paddle shifters on the steering wheel)

it looks amazing and will probably be extremely fast, Hopefully the price doesn't inflate too much haha

It looks gorgeous from the front, but it still has that god awful rear end. Sorry, but one of my favorite cars of all time was ruined after 2013.

man that thing well be pretty much a street legal race car which means it will be one heck of production car that will be giving some of the higher end Ferrari's a run for their money at 1/3 the cost to boot..it is a Win/Win and beast of a Supercar.

This is a home run. Good job, GM. Can't wait for the official unveil.

Now has an available automatic and removable roof for first time.

Can't wait for performance numbers. Would you rather have this or a GT-R for $92K? Duh!

Top speed of around 200? For that level of horsepower, the gearing is too short. Looking forward to run one when I see one.

Who cares about top speed? Can't get over 200MPH on a road course. This will will eat up cars that cost 3x as much.

At least you can get this car with a real manual transmission, unlike every other car that competes with it.

Are you planning to take it to Bonneville or the Nardo Ring? Or are you planning to brag to your bar buddies about how fast your car can go? The way I see it, you're probably never going to reach your car's top speed anyway. So why complain about it?

Personally, I'd rather have shorter gearing but a lower top speed rather than taller gearing and a higher top speed. In the former, I can feel how quick my car's acceleration is. In the latter, I would be accelerating very slowly because I would now be able to reach a super high top speed that I can never achieve on public roads.
