Google fluid film rustproofing. You can buy the cans and a extension nozzle that sprays 360 degrees. It can get into pretty small openings. Or you can buy it but the gallon and get a undercoating gun with extensions. Fluid film also makes there own gun. The rocker panels have 3 rubber grommets that you can remove, they face to the inside of the frame rails. You need to remove those and coat the inside of the rockers.

Yeah looks pretty easy to use, even easier than por15, maybe less messy.

So, would a 2500 pull a fifth wheel camper or would you need to move up to a 3500?

Unless it's a monster of a 5th wheel a 2500 would be up to the task.

Yeah, depends on the size of the 5th wheel camper- but the 2000+ Silverado 2500's are a great tow vehicle. It can handle a stock trailer with 4 horses almost like there's nothing back there. Years ago I worked at a John Deere shop, and we had salesmen use them to haul 15,000+ pound tractors on a gooseneck trailer all the time. Neither legal nor advisable... but they did it plenty of times without incident.

As long as the trailer in question is within the truck's rated tow capacity, it'll be fine.

That's good to know then! In the future, I would love to have a camper, and it doesn't have to be a fifth wheel camper, but those things are nice and being able to just up and go camping anytime I want is a nice thought.
