I know a guy that repairs crashed vehicles(2013-15 chevy impalas) and sells them for $10-13k cash with a salvaged title should i take a chance buying one?

I wouldn't, but that's me. I will say I know a guy who does that as well. He does very good work, and in most cases, the vehicles he that are considered totaled really aren't that bad. Mostly higher mileage cars and trucks with just enough damage to get totaled.

Having said that, why chance it when those are around for that kind of money anyways.

You can probably get a 2013-15 Chevy impala for $10-13K with a clean title, skip the wrecked car and less for you to worry about down the line
