I am considering the Buick LaCrosse as my next car.
Does someone have it? If yes, would you recommended it to someone who is interested to buy a new car?

I would not recommend any Buick except the Encore as they are ugly

Avalon is a better car for the money.

My wife has an 06 which she uses for work. Its a pretty stripped down version for a Buick, Im sure it was either used for a rental, or something else. Its been a very good car with close to 200000 on the ticker right now. However it has the old 3.8 in it, which is no longer used. I have rode in a 2016 with someone here from work to get lunch, and wasnt in it long, but I wasnt impressed. It looks really nice, and was comfortable for the small amout if time I was in it, but I wouldnt have been for more than 30 minutes or so, especially if I had had to move the seat forward. for someone in the back. Theres no way I would have even consider one with my family at the moment, since my kids are grown/nearly grown and are pretty tall. My wife has said though, that when this one gives up, she wouldnt mind having one for a work car. She only 5'4" so she would fit better than us.

I have a new 2017 LaCrosse Essence purchased at the end of June when GM had a 17% discount on the Essence trim level only. Since I had been wanting one of these new models even way before they were introduced last summer, I decided now was as good a time as ever. I am very pleased with the car. The electronic shifter is different but I had the hang of it by the time my test drive was over. The car is library quiet, comfortable, and has a lot of features that make my round trip daily drive of about 50 miles very comfortable.

If there is anything to say about the car that I would like to see different, it is the auto stop/start. However, I am getting used to that. I also considered the Chevrolet Impala, but with the previously mentioned discount, the LaCrosse was actually cheaper than the Impala when equipped the way I wanted it.

I understand for 2018, a 4 cylinder with E/assist will be offered in the base trim. This is a heavy car and I am not sure this is the best route to go. I do like the smoothness of the V6 - it is wonderful to drive and I'll gladly pay for the difference in gas mileage.

Fit and finish on my car is fine. Mine is in the new Pepperdust color and I am just very happy with the car overall.

I have owned more Buicks than anything else beginning with a new 1977 Regal Landau which was a sixteenth birthday present from my parents. I've been through Regals, Skylarks, Park Avenues, Centurys, 2 previous LaCrosse models and 2 previous Veranos. This new LaCrosse seems on point to be one of my favorites as well.

I have a 2016 LaCrosse and with the possible exception of a Volvo S80 I owned years ago, this is the most comfortable ride I have driven. Roomy, quiet, smooth ride with enough power to get me out of a tight spot. I actually like the look of the LaCrosse. Considered an Avalon but really felt like I was driving a Camry, no personality.

I'm in the market for a large sedan. Avalon was the first car that came to my mind, but LaCrosse is deeply discounted.

The market price for 2017 LaCrosse is 10,000 off the MSRP(which is definitely inflated in the first place).

I guess it's not too bad to grab a 2017 LaCrosse at the expense of 24,000?
