I have a 1995 4 door tahoe 4x4 and it stalls/dies at idle and at times when driving. I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, new fuel lines, IAC replaced, coolant temp sensor replaced, cleaned the EGR valve, changed MAP sensor, changed ignition switch, new fuel pump relay, new ignition module, new cap and rotor button, plugs and wires changed, & it still stalls/dies on me. Any and all helped is needed and I’m thankful for all the help...

I'd start by putting up the parts cannon and maybe using a can of brake parts cleaner around the intake manifold and other high likelyhood places of a vacuum leak.

You've spent enough in parts that you could have taken it to a professional at this point and come out ahead.

Did you try replacing the fuel regulator? If the regulator is bad, it fails to pressurize the fuel injectors and leaks fuel back into the fuel tank (assuming you have multi-port fuel injection). If you have TBI, you may want to troubleshoot that. I'm not too familiar with TBI, so I can't help you much with it. Another thing is to check and see if your charcoal canister vacuum hose is plugged.

You need fuel, air, and spark to make it combust. Troubleshoot all of those systems. Check your fuel pressure and see if it's within specs. Also, get a spark tester and see if all your cylinders have spark. Also, do a compression test for each cylinder and see if the cylinder compression is within specs. If the vehicle has been non-functional for years, the oil sometimes separates. If you run your engine without first doing an oil/oil filter change, the bad oil can mess up your engine (collapsed lifters, ruined rings, bearings, etc). At that point, you need to rebuild your engine.
