Maintain it well and it should be fine. I found a maintenance schedule that you can use. It says at 97,500 miles for automatic transmission fluid change and spark plugs as well. There is too much to type but I will give you a link and you can see everything that may need or not need to be done. The maintenance info is on pages 11-3 to 11-5

This is the official owner's manual, hope it helps!

The owner's manual also states that "SAE 5W-30 is the best viscosity grade for the vehicle. Do not use other viscosity grade oils such as SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, or 20W-50." I mention this because someone might tell you to use a different viscosity because they think it is better, but the manufacturer states that 5W30 only.

If you want tough oil for extra protection and a great filter then check this out for your 2013 Chevy Malibu...

I don't have a Malibu but have used this oil for 2 decades now and has helped reduce oil consumption in a weird engine I had that was just consuming oil and there was no issue/leak found from several inspections by a mechanic.

update
Car still doing ok but my new project has me driving a lot more so I'm getting a little nervous

I'm seeing Honda accords and Impalas for $20k and < 20K miles and all are post 2017 models

tempted to sell my 2013 impala it is getting old and I'm just afraid of old car problems yet dont want to fork out another 10k [ assuming i get 10k from mine ] for another used car
