Trader Joes has some 'Irish bangers' which my husband says are alright. There are two stores in Long Grove which is really far from you, but if you want them bad enough, they are a British store and an Irish store. They both stock imported sausages. There's also a place called Winstons which is near Midway that I've never tried, but they claim to be an Irish butcher and I know they have sausages and sausage rolls, and I believe back bacon winstonsmarket.net.
