We are looking at a house in River Forest and wondering if anyone has thoughts about the 2 elementary schools there (both in comparison to each other, and to the schools in Oak Park). Thanks!
(Also, if anyone has any ideas about daycares in the area, that would be great!)

Concordia and Dominican both have good daycares. I don't think there is a huge difference between Lincoln and Williard in terms of education or feel. Roosevelt MS is excellent as well.

Agree with above, no meaningful difference between Lincoln and Willard elementary schools. Both feed to Roosevelt. K is half day in River Forest and full day in Oak Park.

Both elementary schools are pretty much the same- very good- and feed into the same middle school which is 5-8. Both my kids went to River Forest schools from K-8.
