We are planning a move to Chicago suburbs and are looking for an area with a great high school. House budget around $500K. Do either of these towns have a strong community vibe? Do they compare to Glen Ellyn or Wheaton?

Default Wheaton, Glen Ellyn or Naperville? Are they friendly ?

We are moving to Chicagoland from Dallas and looking for a city that will be easy for our kids to transition into. Any ideas about which of these cities are more friendly??

You are looking in NW suburbs and W suburbs. Where is work?
Using local geography: you don't want to live in McKinney and work south side of Ft. Worth. Same situation here, commutes can be a bear.
What else are you looking for in a new home & new community?
