I tried to search information on internet about west of 95th In Naperville which Zip code 60503 of Aurora . I donot find lot of information. Whereas Zip code 60504 has lot of information.

Is 60503 zip code relatively new? Is it similar to 60504. I understand that it has a different school district 308.

That is Aurora, not Naperville. The schools are probably Oswego.

That is correct. District 308 metioned in my comment is Oswego school district. It is Aurora and not Naperville. I donot find much information about Aurora 60503 compared to what I find large information on Aurora 60504.

Just found out that 60503 was created as a split from 60504 in 2005.

The postal service generally only creates zip codes for its own purposes and does not respect any particular separations / division that would be important to home owners like school attendance boundaries, park districts or similar.

The extreme SE corner of Aurora is not particularly convenient to anything in Naperville. It is relatively far from the undesirable / rundown areas of "east" Aurora (which is served by a historically underperforming high school). Homes tend to be of the type constructed by mass tract builders, many of which were built / sold near the peak of real estate values. That contributes to a higher than average rate of foreclosure as well as relatively high property taxes...

Like any other home purchase, some folks will be OK with the trade-offs / value and others may prefer areas that have different characteristics.

Personally I believe there are areas with overall long term price stability / appreciation potential that may be just as affordable now, though you likely would have to either willing to get a bit of a fixer-upper or seek a portion of a town that has is less well know -- there are portions of North Aurora that more fall into the former category and parts of West Chicago that are quite different than the core area that might fall into the latter category. If want to look at an even broader area there LOTS of opportunities to find well priced homes ...
