I would have to concur with Ahava. Her choices are pretty much dead on. I might consider adding Wheaton to the list also.

You're not going to find any beaches, but you will find that they pretty much meet the remainder of your requirements.

I think we can stop giving the O.P. suggestions on where to live. They are no longer a member, in their public profile it says they were banned from this forum on 10-23-2007 for having "multiple accounts".
