My husband, two children (ages 4 and 1) and I are relocating to the Fox Valley. We've seen many homes and are interested in the Fox Mill subdivision of St. Charles and Eagle Brook area of Geneva. We love the houses we're considering putting offers in on. I have some concerns that Fox Mill may be too rural for our tastes. Can anyone share your experiences? On the flip side, I wonder if Eagle Brook is populated by mostly older families?

rwh34 - we are relocating as well and decided to buy in Fox Mill (we move in 6 weeks). I looked in both subs you mentioned above as well. For us, we really liked Fox Mill because we noticed alot more kids in the area, houses were a little newer, and you get a little bigger yard. It is a little farther away from shopping/restaurants, etc. Good luck!
