So, that is BG High School, correct?

A quick search for 4+ Bedroom homes in Ivy Hill Elementary district will give you this:
Chicago Advanced Search - Page 1

For start you can check this listings and compare.

That puts you west of Windsor. Very nice neighborhood, probably walking distance to Camelot park and pool as well.
And west of Windsor, north of Palatine is BG High School(it changes a bit north of Hintz)
