Zillow recommends them. They gave us a great rate and the closing costs are low. They have good reviews. However, we do not know anyone who has used them. Has anyone heard about their pros and cons?

To put it bluntly anything "recommended" by Zillow only means that that firm paid Zillow for advertising placeement...
