Just curious about working for Baxter. I am interviewing in 9 days (Location in NC)
What can be said about working for Baxter?
What is the culture like?
Work/life balance?
Are employees happy at Baxter?
How are the benefits?
What is the vacation policy for new hires?

thanks!

I just left a job there, but it is a great company to work for! Great work life balance and benefits and focused on making the world a better place. The turnover is very low if that tells you anything. Glass door reviews repeatedly talk about how they don't promote from within, but they seemed to encourage that when I was there. The buildings seem a little dated though, but it is a great company! One of the many cool random benefits are that they will let you be off work 16 hours a year paid to do volunteer work. There are numerous volunteer opportunities through baxter.
