Hi,
I am trying to find a family home to rent in Chicagoland. I am from Florida and have only lived in Illinois for a few years. Currently, we live in Hickory Hills. My family of 5 has outgrown our 2 bedroom apartment and we desperately need to find a house to rent. We have kids so schools are a priority and safety as well. our budget will only allow about $1300 a month Max. Any suggestions Please

It's gonna be hard to find something within your budget, but not impossible. Are you looking to stay in the south suburbs or are you looking to move somewhere else in Chicagoland?

Agreed, need to know the work location(s), as well as if there are any pets, any smokers, and if there are any credit approval issues, and end of current lease. 1300 is on the low end if you want to upgrade from a 2 bedroom so you might need to be flexible on location because for example you might have one option in Brookfield, another in Lockport and yet a third in Plainfield but maybe not two options in any of those areas.

I am trying to find a family home to rent in Chicagoland. I am from Florida and have only lived in Illinois for a few years. Currently, we live in Hickory Hills. My family of 5 has outgrown our 2 bedroom apartment and we desperately need to find a house to rent. We have kids so schools are a priority and safety as well. our budget will only allow about $1300 a month Max. Any suggestions Please
