Reese is so close to downtown, but so hard to get to.

Easiest - cab

Least costly - take train from airport to downtown (orange line from midway, blue line from ohare),
If on the blue line, transfer to pink line at clark & lake (follow signs up the stairs)
take pink line to randolph street its only 2 stops so don't bother sitting down, follow randolph street east (right) to michigan ave and enter milenium station. You will need to get on a train that stops at 27th st (not all of them do so ask a conductor they are very helpful)
Once you exit the train walk west on 27th st about half a block to ellis st, then take a left and walk south about a block to reese hospital

If on the orange line exit the train at randolph st and follow the directions above to milenium station.

I am unsure of anywhere to stay for under 80 however.
