Naperville Metra Parking (Union, Burlington: renting, live, bus)

I know there are already few threads on the same topic but all of them are pretty old and most likely have outdated info.
I commute daily from Naperville to Union Station taking 8:00A train (no more daily Parking spots available at that time). The pace bus have a few routes from where i live but they take awfully long time since there is no express bus route to Naperville station at all. I am basically looking for a parking at or near Naperville Metra.
Does any one know whats the wait time at Kroehler , Burlington and Parkview Lots? Also if anyone renting out a parking space close to Metra station?

I was in the same boat a couple of months back and had a hard time trying to get any current information on parking. Luckily, a friend told me about this great spot.

There is private parking pretty close to the metra. It's the parking lot with the 'Musical Expressions' business. They recently put up a big board titled commuter parking with a phone number listed on it (don't have the number on me right now).

Call that number to get details.
