Pool Demo (houses, moving, estimates)

OK. You guys thought my moving question was strange, this one is stranger.

Any of you deal with an outdoor pool demo? I'm considering a house that has a 1500 sq ft pool (includes the patio) that has busted everything and a 8 ft of bamboo growing out of it.

I've gotten a few over the phone estimates and they are all 8-15k.

Any referrals for someone to do a proper demo/insured/bonded and can put grass/sod plus build a patio?

Any experience with such monstrosity?

Yikes! Now that's quite a pool when you throw in the bamboo

That actually doesn't sound too far out of bounds for a quote of that nature in the north shore/NW suburbs. Where is the house located, btw? I can ask someone I know who has more contact with suburban remodelers and demolition.

We had a slightly opposite problem. Saw two great houses from satellite view with pools but their zillow listings showed them already filled in with big grassy yards
