Hello All,

After much debate, deliberation, and research we finally purchased a single family home in Naperville. The neighborhood is University Heights and the assigned schools are Meadow Glens, Madison Junior, and Naperville Central. It's really a great neighborhood and we will be moving in a few weeks after we get some basic cosmetic work done. Would love to hear from people living in that area about activities and whatnot. Also, if anyone has kids going to Meadow Glens we'd love to hear more about the school. Thanks so much to everyone who responded to previous posts on this website, your feedback and advice has been valuable!

Thanks everyone! Appreciate the advice! Now if someone can PM me information on a good handyman, that would be even more appreciated

What kind of work do you want to have done? I can recommend someone for door/window replacement, and siding work.

Join Next Door for your neighborhood and you can look at recommendations or request some from the neighbors. I find it very useful and it is a strong group here in Naperville

Appreciate the advice, we're just looking for small things around the house like adding a exhaust fan to the bathroom, install some pendant lights, etc.

Yep. And its free. It really is a bunch of word of mouth recommendations that I find far more useful than the paid sites. Often the people that are recommended are also neighbors and they care more because their reputations depend on it. I found my plumber through the site and he lives in my neighborhood and he gives discounts to his neighbors.
