letting people visit some of these locations...

People are sick and tired and fed up with DisneyLand! They wanna go to places where they can feel the atmosphere of their favorite movies...

The same goes for Camp No Be Bosco in Blairstown NJ, where the legendary Friday 13th was shot!!! They do not let you in either...!!!!

This post is funny. You want to visit "Glenboro" North to take pictures and are crabbing about them not letting you in to take pix? Dude, its a public school ----not Disneyland. Can you imagine, as the kids are changing classes there are "tourists" snapping photo's.... lol Very Funny!

Anyway, that shot of Ferris picking up his girlfriend from school with the Principal escorting her out the door is the south door of Glenbrook North HS. As Feris drives away, you can see the fence along the road of the schools athletic fields along with the Salceda Del Norte condo buildings directly to the south of the school.

They filmed parts of Rudy at Glenbard West highschool in Glen Ellyn. They had flyers all over town wanting people to dress in winter clothes in June to film some of the scenes. People lined up to do it!

I think it was "Lucas" that was filmed at Glenbard West. That was kind of a football movie. There is a scene in the movie where they go to the Glen Theater right downtown. Im an ex Glen Ellyn local and I never heard anything about Rudy being filmed there.
