Just checked and the notices are being mailed in late May for the triennial re-evaluation. For those of you who remember the bloodbath in 2016, I heard people's assessments were up as high as 70%. Mine was up 42%. Of course we all appeal, and pay the lawyers who make the laws a crapload to appeal them. The 42% increase in 2016 was enough to pi$$ me off enough to start doing it myself. I refuse to pay some lawyer a huge amount to appeal anymore. It's not that hard to do. But key is doing it at every opportunity.
