Frenchman's Cove and Mill Creek are safe, I know families who live in both. If you're looking at houses you'll be fine, because the only area I would avoid is the apartments and townhomes on Happfield Dr and off of Dundee right there.

Hi, we are first time home buyers and really liked a unit (two story layout with a basement and a loft)on Daniels Court in Frenchman's Cove subdivision. However, I noticed that there are 11 units on sale at the same time. I was wondering if everything is ok in that subdivision? whether it is safe to buy a house there? If anyone could tell about the area, that would be awesome. Can someone tell me the age group living in that subdivision and I was wondering if the re-sale value of the house would be affected due to the condo buildings in that subdivision?

Thank you!
