It's a joke. Pritzker is a joke. Lightfoot is a joke. Both corrupt to the core. Not too long ago Pritzker went on TV and said get the vax so you can get your freedoms back. God given freedoms. Boycott any and all places with these ridiculous mandates. On top of all this, the "vaccine" doesn't work. You are not immune. They say that you won't get as sick as a non vaxxed person, but given all the lies, should we believe that too?

Now I'm not suggesting people intentionally go out and try to catch covid, but if you happen to get omicron, it's likely a blessing in disguise.

They actually did claim the vaccine worked, Remember "Get vaccinated and return to a normal life mask free"? Now it's get vaccinated, catch and transmit covid like everyone else, get sick, but maybe you won't die.

But I get it if you are truly high risk. No reason to dance with the devil if you can avoid it. Wish you and yours the best of health.
I'm gonna need a citation from a reputable source. My co-worker's father isn't going to cut it.

Lol, will this work for you?

Africa was where Omicron was first reported and the doctors in the surrounding areas confirmed that they were seeing less severe symptoms but it was more transmissible. This has been pretty widely reported on as well. If you want to continue to live in fear though, be my guest.

The vaccine is not fool proof and they never said it would be. There are still break through infections. The vaccines work and lessen your likelihood of getting the virus, getting really sick and being hospitalized, and dying.

Why risk your life and be around unvaccinated people, especially if you are high risk.

Not to be a downer, but yes, we were absolutely told the vaccines would stop transmission. Here's a collections of many times our leaders said exactly that:

These vaccine passports are ridiculous. I mean, all we had to do was look at New York to see that they're completely ineffective anyway. As a small business owner, I'm extremely sick of the burden being placed on small businesses by a bunch of bureaucrats that probably couldn't run a lemonade stand.

Illinois lost more residents in 2020 than any other Midwest state. It's clear that states with the most extreme covid restrictions are losing population. Because this is not what most people want. That SHOULD be factored in to how the government responds. Yet somehow JB continues to rule by mandate, and it's completely unchecked by our legislature. That is not how our system is meant to work.

I want to move out of Illinois every day. If I had a regular job, I would be gone already. Unfortunately, I am tied to a brick-and-mortar business, and I don't want to lay off 20+ people. I also have business debts I need to pay before I can sell or shut this business down.

Remember when they told us "15 days to stop the spread" ...now here we are two years later... yay!

C'mon Don, it's all over the news. Don't expect facts from the fear mongering CDC and the like.

To better understand omicron and its symptoms we should analyze what has happened where omicron began and has already run its course, like South Africa and the UK. Cases spiked, hospitalizations and deaths did not.

If you want some good no nonsense covid info, check out Dr. John Campbell, he's been following and tracking this from Day One. He releases updates almost daily.

Here's his latest update. * I watch him on 1.5x speed because I have other things to do, lol

Illinois has everything to lose (and almost nothing to gain) with these covid regulations. The weather for many people is a downer, taxes are always rising due to fiscal issues (with no end in sight) and the local government is very corrupt and has been for years now. Covid mandates are icing on the hate cake. It's no surprise Illinois lost the most residents this past year when compared to every other state. California is in the top three for losing residents as well but at least you've got great weather living there most of the year.

This doesn't end until people cease listening to uninformed bureaucrats, and realize nobody has been in charge since day 1.
Somehow, with no vaccine 100 years ago; we went straight into the roaring 20's after 3 years of Spanish flu.
And we survived just fine, at least until the markets crashed.
