I'm also a big fan of stores like Bath and Body Works, and even though I love shopping at the dollar store, I'D BETTER NOT find one in any south suburban malls anymore! I have 87th street for that reason, lol.

Most Chicago malls already have those stores. (Orland+River Oaks) Maybe something like Belk, Dillards, etc. Those are stores I grew up with in the south. Both of which are between Marshall Fields and Carson's in class.

You guys are giving me nightmares. Maybe if they limit the mall to people 21 and over. Otherwise I'm headed downtown or to the north side.

Exactly- Belk, Dillards, Von Maur would all be nice. You want to give a person a reason to go to this mall with more unique stores

Maybe a Nordstrom? I know there's a Loehmann's or something in OH, and why can't we have a mall with a big time restaurant in it?

From my many years off driving through all of IL, IN WI, MI, and OH, I have seen anchored Old Country Buffets, or just more upscale restaurants (NOT Applebee's) around different malls and plazas and such. I think it's a great idea for an area like Hazel Crest, CCH, and Olympia Fields which are becoming "restaurantless."

Think it's a good idea?

You know you are in a cheap mall if you see a dollar store inside. lol Evergreen Plaza have a grocery store and maybe a dollar store in there. I'm not use to seeing grocery stores inside a mall, it threw me off when I seen one in the Plaza.
