Do you have a link? That's odd, because my condo is up for sale right now (1 bed, 1 bath) and we asking just under that....and it's a lot older. Just wondering if mine is priced properly.

Condos in suburbs that are primarily single-family homes are usually cheap.

Where is it located? There are a couple of less desirable areas. For example, if you are looking at the condos near Dryden and Miner, just south of Miner on Dryden is a rather undesirable apartment complex. Not saying I would not buy there, I would just investigate thoroughly. The complex on Thomas and Rand; very unremarkable.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is everythng in real estate. Now if your finding cheeeapp in downtown AH, then go for it.

I think it might be because they are really small the 2bedroom is only 760 sqft. I live in a 2 bedroom condo and it's 1,200 sqft. and it doesn't feel huge at all.

It's because they are condo conversions. They aren't new construction. That is on the border of Rolling Meadows.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
