Disregarding the 2000 census, which is now quite old, are there a good amount of Italian Americans in Itasca. The 2000 census shows around 17%, but hopefully some Itasca residents or others that live in the area can comment on this for a more updated view.

Default Itasca

I own a place in Itasca and lived there for 3 years. I rent it out now. 17 percent sounds about right for Italian population, though many of those Italians have intermarried with other White people. Cucina Casalle is a great Italian restaurant.
