Leave around 5am...I'll give you two routes you can take

If you are closer to Weber Rd.:

Take Weber North to 75th st.
Go east on 75th st. to toll road I355 north
Exit I355 on North Ave.- Go west on North Ave. to Route 53 (north)
take Route 53 to Irving Park Road(19) going east
Take Irving Park Road to Mannheim (north)
Take Mannheim to I190 (west) to O'hare...

If you live by Bolingbrook's Route 53

Simply take Route 53 (south) to I55 (North)
take I55 to toll road I294 (north)
Exit I294 to I190 going west

That early in the morning 60 min should be enough. Add 15 min if you are driving yourself and have to park. Again because you are leaving at 5:30 I55 to I294 should work.

Yeah leave about 5-5:30, that time of day there shouldn't be that much traffic but just to be safe.
