I got pulled over for going 66 in a 35 zone. This is my second ticket in the 6 month probation. For my first speeding ticket I went to traffic school. I heard that now we have to pay for court fees. I was wondering if anyone knew how much i would have to pay for court fees?

For 66 in the 35 I think the court fees are the last of what you should worry about.

I am actually really worried about this speeding ticket. My court date is tomorrow. What could possibly happen?

My question is; where could one do 66 in Skokie? LOL Dempster where everyone is doing the hokey pokey from one red light to the next? Skokie Blvd maybe? Again though with the traffic... How?

Do u know where Emissions testing is in lincolnwood? I was on Howard going towards Mcormick by the Emissions. The cop was in the parking lot and he clocked me at 66. There is barely any traffic there.

You could lose your license.

Yikes. Well good luck man, you might need a good attorney. 66 in a 35 in IL is considered reckless driving, it's more than 30 over. You'll probably be suspended for a while from driving. Most likely 6 months.

If he had no other violations it would be closer to 3 months. Since he apparently just got a ticket recently you are probably correct.

Id get an attorney unless your cool with not having a car for a few months. Of course once you get it back your insurance is going to suck for a pretty long time.

In any case, this is going to cost you a ton of money now. You will most likely get the crap fined out of you as the state is dead ass broke and you would be an idiot to not at least seek some sort of legal advice to see if this is even worth fighting as it's pretty much a lose lose situation for you, and then your insurance will skyrocket.
