I am using an on the air antenna with my television box and I got pretty good reception before the official conversion. I received channels 5,7,9,all of the 26 channels, 32, 35 channels and 50. Now after the conversion I get channel 2 with decent reception, channel 5 occasionally, channel 7 barely; there are whole days that I go without channel 7, occasional days without channel 5, channel 11 intermittently. What is funny is that I always, at least 95 percent of the time get excellent reception on all the TBN channels. I just don't understand why the reception is worse after the big, official conversion. FYI, I live near Oswego, IL. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have DTV in my car. It's a real pain because of the weather patterns. Chicago is so cloudy and has so much interesting weather that it really depends on cloud coverage and what kind of weather is occuring as we speak. I wish you the best of luck but we're kinda screwed on days like today when it is raining.
