I have had pretty good success just watching the gutter cleaners and window washers that neighbors hire. Any crew that leaves the place tidy gets a call from me. I let the neighbors take the risk of hiring the "all new" company that stuffs their fliers in the neighborhood. Some do good work for a fair price and others do not...
