I've had stuff from that Westmont bakery - a friend who lives in Westmont brought over some goodies one time. Yum.

Also, Lutz's in Chicago.
Lutz's-really? I went in a few years ago and was disappointed. The original owners sold and it has really gone down. Now bear in mind, I'm comparing with the best German baker-my Mom. But under old owners it tasted like Mom's or being in a true, German Konditerei. Now it's.....eh

The one with the yellow sign is Ingram's, though there are a couple more right in that area, too.

There is one in winfield, like on Geneva road somewhere. A good bakery that makes a really good apple pie - Rose's or Rosa's or something. I drive past it all the time.
