Plenty of apartments right in Elk Grove. Arlington Heights is also close by. Either school district is all right, although you have another couple years to research that.

Are you going to be working for United? I heard that the 1st batch of employees will be moving into the Sears Tower in October. You might want to live by a train station. Arlington Hts, Itasca, Roselle all are directly on the train lines. Also check out Craigslist. I don't know about AH, but the other 2 don't have tons of big apartment complexes, so they'd be less likely to advertise in the sites that tend to have all the complexes.

I thought the United HQ was already established downtown. Maybe not? When are you planning to move?

People are currently still working in Elk Grove, with the 1st batch to move downtown in October.

Hi All,
does anyone know if "Lincoln Meadows Apartments" in Schaumberg are good apartments. The reviews are too good to be true. so just wanted to check a local living there.
