I will be staying in Tinley Park this weekend and I'm from Ohio.
Can anybody suggest any good shopping malls & R&B nightclubs
that are no more than 30 minutes away?

Tinley Park is probably about 30 minutes from Chicago in off peak commuting times, so you'd have the entire City to find night spots -- R&B is more of a south side thing, but there are some R&B acts with broad appeal.

Shopping malls worth hitting within 30 minutes of Tinely Park include Oakbrook Center and Orland Square.

Thank you very much for the info. I will check these places out.

BTW- What do you think about Gino's East? I've never had Chicago Style Pizza and heard that's the place to go for a good pizza.

Ingredients at Gino East are very good, sometimes the cooking / attention to assembly are very poor.

I like Lou Malnatti and Giordano's for consistency, though even then if you stray from what they are very familar with you can regret it. Stick with a deep dish with just Italian sausage. I have seen too many mushy pizzas when some one starts added things that the kitchen staff does not compensate for...
