Architecture: South
Most Skyscrapers: which side of downtown with the most? North
Best Neighborhood: South (although the North has better neighborhoods overall)
Shopping: North
Music Scene: North
Baseball Team: South
Baseball Stadium: North
Night Life: North
Food: South
Better Airport: (Northside's O'Hare or Southside's Midway) tie
Public Transit: tie
Schools (universities included): North
Parks: South
Culture: would be a tie but the Northside has Uptown, parts of Edgewater, and Rogers Park so North

North wins, but the Northside really isn't my style

I saw a campus in the South Loop last time I was down there, I wasn't positive if that was their only one. Guess not. I still think IIT, UChicago, IL College of Medicine, and UIC Medical Center put the South Side over the top when it comes to education.
