Most areas yes, some areas no.

The North Side is definitely much denser than the South Side.

I believe Edgewater.

In terms of density, Chicago's more dense than all but two cities, so that's quite an accomplishment.

there is also Hyde Park, Grand Boulevard, South Shore, and Chicago lawn. all with >15,000 PPSM
