What are the widest roads in chicago?
Most roads are 2 lanes in each direction.
I know north ave. Is pretty wide.
Mannheim as well.
What else?

Default Surface / non controlled access?

Stetches of State, King, Stoney and Western are at least 6 lanes.

Through Grant Park, including parking lanes, Coloumbus is probably ten.

kennedy, Lsd, Skyway are even wider...

North Avenue is not as wide as Michigan Ave. downtown, any of the boulevards if you count the entire distance, or Stoney Island. Also, are you talking only within the city limits, only non limited access roads? Manheim is kind of a gray area, as the part that is within the city is kind of limited access.

It seems to me Irving Park Road has more lanes than other east west streets in the area. Also Ashland. I take these streets if I want to make time.
