Eclectic mix of seedy folk (more so south of Division than north), hipsters and some yuppies. Fine for those who are accustomed to urban conditions, maybe a little unnerving for those new to urban living. Cool (and fairly popular) little barbecue joint not too far from there called Smoke Daddy. Yummy....
