We just closed on a Condo Conversion in Ravenswood. Our original attorney was not too good. The purchase contract said that the seller will fix punch list items in a "reasonable" time. I wish the attorney would have changed it to 30 days or something.

We had a home inspector do an inspection before closing and everything was put on an inspection report provided to the seller's agent. Right now, the seller's agents are saying their attorney doesn't have this inspection report. I sent them my copy.

Does anyone know if they can screw us over? Or will they take my copy and fix it. I mean our Realtor and my fiance was there. I know the developer agreed to fix most of the items on that inspection report.
