Lathrop Homes are a housing project, they are just the buildings/grounds themselves, not the larger neighborhood.

and "West DePaul" isn't a neighborhood, sheesh.

A while back, people were trying to make "Wrightwood Neighbors" happen as a neighborhood designation.

Isn't lincoln park's official definition by the LP chamber of commerce as well as the city of chicago as bounded by
Lake Michigan, Chicago river, diversey, and north? As such, that area is unquestionably Lincoln park.

Is it not? I remember the official city of Chicago neighborhood map actually had that name on there. Interesting.
