New Town is a bad idea because there already was a so called New Town in Lakeview. As said before, the name did not stick. Come up with something else. What about WOOT?
West of Old Town?

Some of the more dim or ignorant people have already renamed the area Lincoln Park.

I still have my doubts about the area. The new construction is more handsome (and expensive), sure, but it's still very homogeneous and lifeless. It still feels like a "project," albeit a very different sort of project.

How many "Row Houses" did Cabrini Green have?
Were they all north of Division St?

The Cabrini Rowhouses are all South of Division, closer to Chicago Ave. actually. There are no plans to demolish them. They were there before the William Green Projects were built North of Division. Everything that was part of the Green Projects has been demolished.
