It's literally street by street. Broadway, Sheridan and Wilson are crap right near where they all converge. A few nearby streets like Leland, Racine, Lawrence, Magnolia, Malden and Kenmore are spoken about like a broken record when things go down in Uptown.

The rest of the neighborhood is actually pretty nice.

But he lived on south Racine. Racine in Uptown is north Racine.
