What is going on with the empty lot at the NW corner of Lawrence and Clark?

These morons (reality company) tore down a historic corner building only to try to sell a vacant lot. Nobody bit. There probably will not be anything built there for years now. Why tear down a building that is not unsafe without any kind of firm plan for its next use?

We still skate HEAVY in Chicago! The Rink Fitness factory, Glenwood, and Rich City Skate are the best. check out skategroove.com under rink link....and youtube.com/exclusive001 for how we roll here in the CHI!!!
