Yeah Urza for the Southlanders OP is the destination and Bolingbrook iw a bit of a drive but not too bad.

Seems Orland P. could support an IKEA but its still pretty close to the one in Bolingbrook.

Oralnd has everything else why not an IKEA..........

It's really not that big deal. On the rare occasion that you actually need to shop at Ikea, driving all the way out to Bollingbrook or Shaumburg makes it somewhat of an adventure. It's still just another example of the southland being under-served.

No I think it's an example of Ikea being a weird company who puts their ginormous stores in weird places.

OP, with that kind of money I would immediately ditch the car. Ain't worth it. Is your fiance going to be kicking in some rent money too? Otherwise I'm thinking a studio is the right call -- I'd start in Lakeview.
