There are large numbers of people that can trace their roots to India and the surrounding countries throughout the region. As others have mentioned there are numerous Indians living in Oak Brook and other surrounding towns in DuPage Co. Westmont is one such town that ought to put you well within a 45 minute commute time via Metra, though its schools are not top tier. You will need to spend considerably more than $1500 for a three bedroom rental in a town truly known for top tier school -- figure at least double that in a luxury top tier town like Hinsdale.
There certainly ARE express trains along the BNSF that can get one from Naperville to a job downtown in the time frame you desire: Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Schedule
