There is a stairway going down just outside gate C9 in the C concourse. You will probably see a lot of people lined up outside it. The shuttle goes to a similar staircase just outside Gate E2A. Gate E2A is inside Terminal 2 right at the point where Terminal 2 splits in half into Concourse E and Concourse F.
The shuttle runs every few minutes from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. It is inside security, so you won't have to go through security again.

If you don't take the shuttle, you have to take the long walk through the tunnel to Concourse B. Right across from Gate B7 is a passageway that will take you to Terminal 2 where Concourse F is. Be careful NOT to exit through security.

Taking the ATS makes absolutely no sense. The ATS is outside of security, so you'll have to go through the security line after you arrive at Terminal 2. Also there is only one ATS station per terminal, which involves walking over a bridge over the outside roadway. It will actually be a much longer walk to and from the ATS stations than just going directly to Terminal 2.

I realize that the OP is long gone and probably never read the last few responses in this thread, but just in case someone else stumbles upon this thread while searching for information, I want to make one correction to what I posted above.

The passageway that leads to terminals 2 and 3 is across the hall from Gate B5 (not Gate B7). Sorry for the error.
