There is a Dominican barber that's great downtown in the west loop. Its an appointment only salon with a stylist and barber, plus a great location because I'm not from Chicago and I was able to get to it on my own from my hotel downtown. I think the name is Azzure salon on west grand but I do remember the barber because I am going back when I'm in Chicago..his card says K.Kieran 314-288-9656. He did a great job and I'm going back.
